We are, therefore, a firm dedicated to dispute resolution that takes pride in investing time in the act and form of legal thought: thinking differently, with strategy and depth.

Thinking, by itself, does not solve anything. One must also know how to communicate what has been thought through. For that reason, we place clarity above all else. We write to be understood, but also for the pleasure of good writing: to us, writing well is an act of respect for the client, and for the client’s rights.

We have therefore chosen to be a firm of few but good lawyers. We are not a full-service firm, nor do we aspire to be. We do three things well: litigation, arbitration, and restructuring. And we do them truly well.

We are a new firm with a history. We carry the tradition of one of Brazil’s most respected disputes practices, and the restlessness of those who have refounded the house in order to think it through anew.
